SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be clean, fully cured and free from dirt, loose particles, and other contamination. Curing compounds, oil stains, waxes and other contaminants must be removed.

MIXING

Pour 6-7 liters of clean water into a pail and add slowly one (1) 25-kg bag SUPERTILE Tile Adhesive. Mix thoroughly until a trowelable consistency is attained. Let it stand for 15 minutes and then mix again. The mixture is now ready to use.

APPLICATION

Using a notched trowel spread over 1-2 square meters at a time. Fix the tiles immediately within the SUPERTILE Tile Adhesive’s open time of 15 minutes.

COVERAGE

A 25-kg bag of SUPERTILE Tile Adhesive will cover approximately 5 to 7 square meters depending on tile and/or substrate conditions.

TOXICITY

Non-toxic. However, as with any cementitious material, do not take internally and avoid prolonged skin contact.

STORAGE

Store dry. SUPERTILE Tile Adhesive has a shelf life of one (1) year in unopened sealed bag and placed in a dry, well-ventilated area.
