DISPENSING

U-ChemPlast HPC is introduced into the mixer together with cement. Make sure to mix at slow speed for a minimum of three (3) minutes.

COMPATIBILITY

U-ChemPlast HPC is added to the mix with a polycarboxylate base chemical admixture for better flowability.

DOSAGE RATE

Dosage generally depends on the mix design or strength required. However, it is pre-packed for use with one bag

of 40-kg cement. One (1) pack varies its weight depending on the design mix.

U-ChemPlast HPC is composed of specially selected high performance powder polymers & shrinkage compensated chemicals enhanced with mineral additive. U-ChemPlast HPC is formulated to produce ultra high early strength concrete and mortars with special attention on shrinkage compensation, durability, water impermeability, and resistance against chemical attacks.

U-ChemPlast HPC improves the occurrence of surface scaling and honeycombs. It increases its abrasion resistance.

STORAGE
